STEP-BY-STEP
We get it, switching to a menstrual cup is a big move, and yeah, it might be a lil’ awkward at first.

No worries, you’ve totally got this, and we’re here for you.

1. Meet

Your Cup

This isn’t just any cup, it’s your new period bestie. Smooth, sleek, and ready to vibe with your flow.

2. Sanitize,

Simply

Clean cup = happy you. Before the first use, pop it in some boiling water for 3-5 minutes. That’s it! Now it’s good to go.

3. Folding

Like A Boss

Choose a fold that feels right for you.

4. Insert,

Comfort First

Okay, deep breath. The trick is relaxing tension is the enemy here. Find whatever position feels natural: squat, stand, one leg up on the bathtub, toilet hover, or even do it in the shower (a crowd fave tbh). Use a bit of water-based lube if you want, it’s a total game-changer, especially your first few tries. Fold your cup, aim it gently toward your tailbone, and let it pop open like the icon it is. Give it a little twist or a gentle tug to make sure it’s sealed and ready to slay.

6. Trust The Process

The first few tries can feel new. Give it a couple of cycles.

5. Removal

& Care

After up to 8–12 hours, pinch the base to release the seal, remove, empty, rinse, reinsert. Boil after your period and store.
