399,00 krPrice
  • We get it – switching to a menstrual cup is a big move, and yeah, it might be a lil’ awkward at first (just like that first tampon moment). But no worries – you’ve totally got this, and we’re here for you!

How to Start with Your New CUNT Cup

    Step 1: Meet Your Cup

This isn’t just any cup – it’s your new period bestie. Seriously, take a sec to appreciate it. Smooth, sleek, and ready to vibe with your flow.

Step 2: Sanitizing, but Make It Simple

Clean cup = happy you. Before the first use, pop it in some boiling water for 3-5 minutes. That’s it! Now it’s good to go.

Step 3: Folding Like a Boss

There’s a bunch of ways to fold your cup, and it’s all about what feels right for YOU. Try these:

    • C-Fold: Press the sides together, fold it in half – boom, C-shape.

    • Punch-Down Fold: Push one side of the rim down to the base for a smaller tip. Less intimidating, amirite?

    • 7-Fold: Flatten the cup, fold a corner down diagonally, and voila – a cute “7” shape.

Test ‘em out, find your groove (yes, pun intended).

Step 4: Insert – Comfort is Key

Chill out, seriously. Relaxing makes it way easier. Get into a comfy position (squat, stand, toilet hover – you do you). Fold your cup, insert aiming towards your tailbone, and let it pop open. Twist it or give a lil’ tug to check if it’s in place.

    Step 5: Trust the Process

First time might feel a little weird, but that’s cool. Give it a couple of days or even a few cycles to fully nail it. Once you do, you’ll wonder how you ever survived without it.

    Step 6: Removal & Care

After 8-12 hours, time to take it out. Relax again, pinch the base, and gently pull. Empty, rinse, and you’re ready to reinsert. End of your period? Give it a boil, store it in the cute lil’ pouch, and it’s set for next month.
